The differentiator isn't the hiring record — it's that the stack got built. Hire+, JARVIS, Shadow Superagent and the TA Xperience Hub were designed and shipped in-house, on the enterprise O365 tenant, at zero recurring cost: no API tokens, no per-seat licenses once wired. First POC wave: ~82% time-to-fill reduction and 40+ recruiter hours reclaimed per month.

The craft underneath: structured intake, calibrated panels and evidence-based debriefs on the TA side; agent design, prompt frameworks, Power Automate / Power Pages / Dataverse and Greenhouse Harvest API plumbing on the systems side. Currently deepening both with a PG Certificate in AI-Driven Strategic HR Management at IIT Roorkee (2025–2026).
